its 3 bays – Broad Bay, Leavitt Bay and Berry Bay – is a
boaters dream. The lake and connecting bays contain many sand bars to
anchor your boat on and one even has a volley ball net for a game or
two!!
Our well maintained
fleet includes boats to fit your needs—from fishing, skiing or
tubing to family cruising.
We also provide
DELIVERY to use our boats at other New Hampshire lakes. Call for price

Our
Rental Rules
- We require a $100.00 PER DAY NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Rental fees
may be paid in cash, check, a 5% surcharge is added for Mastercard,
Visa
- Pets Allowed
- $25.00 Pet fee Required
- Renter pays
for all gas used
- One Car Allowed Per Rental. Off Street Parking is Available.
- Damage Deposit
Must Be MasterCard or Visa
- No Half - Day
Rentals.
- All Boats returned after 5:00PM will be charged a LATE FEE of $60.00 minimum NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Life jackets
and required safety equipment are provided
- Must be 21 years
of age to rent (picture ID required)
- Any damages
will be charged to the renter
- Rental boats
returned unreasonably dirty will be charged a cleaning fee
- Rental boats
are not to be operated between sunset and sunrise
- Our Rain Policy
- You may cancel by 8:45 a.m. on the day of the rental, if it is raining
at that time, at the marina
- Reservations
recommended
- All renters
must have a Boater Safety Certificate if applicatble.
We are an agent
providing the 14 day temporary boaters education program and certification.
